I got so frightened that I tried to protect myself the only way I knew how — with a few warning nips. Because of that, I almost didn’t make it out. But lucky for me, Paws for Julia Rescue said, “Not on our watch!” and gave me my second chance. ?<br/><br/>When I first arrived, I was nervous about fast movements and new people. But once I realize you’re safe, I turn into the sweetest, most loyal little shadow you could ever ask for ?. I love being close to my person, snuggling, and following you everywhere (you’ll never pee alone again — you’re welcome! ?).<br/><br/>I’m house trained, crate trained, good on leash, and get along great with other dogs and even cats! Because of my past, I’d do best with older kids who understand that I just need a little patience and love. Oh, and did I mention I love treats and toys?
