Jack Reacher's Story

Jack Reacher is a happy, curious shepherd mix born 5/8/26. He is a typical playful puppy who is doing well with kennel training and working hard at potty training. He is very food motivated and loves learning new things. Once he warms up to you, you’ll have a shadow who wants to be wherever you are. Jack Reacher loves his toys and playing fetch, although he is still mastering the “bringing it back” part! He enjoys playing with the other dogs in his foster home and is learning that not every dog is ready to play and wrestle all the time. He is learning those puppy boundaries and figuring out when his friends are ready to play and when they need a break. He also loves exploring outside and is always ready to investigate anything that catches his attention, especially those fascinating little bugs.

Please visit www.handsheartspaws.org for an adoption application

All of our dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, fecal tested, heartworm tested, and they are all on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

The adoption process is an application, a vet reference, a home visit, and a lifetime contract.
