Hi there! I’m Jack.<br/><br/>I’m a 5-year-old Shih Tzu, about 16 lbs of sweetness, and I’m searching for my forever person (or people!) to follow around and love with my whole heart.<br/><br/>Let me tell you a little about myself: <br/><br/>• I love being with my humans and will happily follow you everywhere—kitchen, couch, bathroom… congrats, you have a shadow now<br/>• I’m extremely sweet, a total cuddle bug and will nestle my head right against you and stare into your eyes like you’re my whole world<br/>• Toys are my jam! Balls and stuffies are fun, but if they squeak… I love them even more (the squeakier, the better!) <br/>• I love treats of any kind- no preferences here, I’m not biased at all. I think snacks taste better when people are eating them, and I’m practicing waiting calmly. <br/>• I get along great with other dogs and I’m wonderful with kids.<br/>• I walk well on a leash and may get a bit distracted by exciting smells, but I’m easily redirected when you call me.<br/>• Car rides? No problem—I’m a very good travel buddy. <br/>• Grooming is easy for me—I’m calm and cooperative for baths, brushing, and haircuts. <br/>• I’m crate trained, settle down after a few minutes, and best of all I sleep through the night like a champ. <br/><br/>I’m still working on my house training and have gotten SO much better since coming into foster and getting neutered, but I’ll need a patient human who can continue to help me learn. I promise I’ll make it worth it with endless love and tail wags. <br/>As for cats, I haven’t met them yet so I’m not sure!<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle, squeaky-toy-obsessed, treat-enthusiastic cuddle expert who will adore you completely, I just might be the one for you. <br/><br/>Ready to meet me?
