JACK's Story

Meet Jack
A Gentle, Loving Little Gentleman

Jack is an adorable 3-year-old Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix weighing just 11 pounds. This handsome little guy has a beautiful tan-and-white coat, soulful amber eyes, floppy ears, and a petite, athletic build. He's the perfect little companion!

Jack has a particularly touching rescue story. He was extremely frightened in the shelter, but the staff saw something special in him and gave him extra time to find his way out. And we're so glad they did!

Once Jack arrived in his foster home, his sweet personality blossomed. Away from the noise and stress of the shelter, Jack revealed himself to be a wonderfully gentle, quiet, affectionate, and loving little dog.

Jack has a calm, thoughtful nature and a sweetness that makes him especially endearing. He's not a big, boisterous personality demanding everyone's attention. He's a gentle little soul who simply wants to feel safe, be loved, and enjoy life with his people.

At approximately 11 pounds, Jack is a wonderful size—small enough to take along on adventures, yet athletic and agile enough to enjoy walks, exploring, and an active lifestyle. And at just 3 years old, he has so many wonderful years ahead of him!

Jack is proof that a frightened shelter dog can become a truly wonderful companion once given a chance. He's a beautiful little dog, inside and out, with so much love to give.

We think Jack will make a fantastic companion for someone looking for a sweet, gentle, affectionate, and easygoing little best friend.

Jack got his second chance. Now all he needs is a forever family to love.

If you want to meet Jack, text Jennifer at 323-893-3584 and tell us a bit about yourself, your home life and what you are looking for.
