Jack loves meeting new people and has wonderful house manners. He has excellent recall and is obviously incredibly handsome.<br/><br/>We believe Jack is a purebred border collie. He certainly has the intelligence and the looks! Jack needs a home with border collie experience where someone understands the brains and energy level of these fantastic herding breeds. He needs a home without small children or other pets and prefers if his people are home much of the time. Jack requires a home with a 6-foot fence. No apartments, please.<br/><br/>Phoenix Rising Border Collie Rescue requires a satisfactory vet reference with records of annual exams, vaccines, heartworm tests, and purchase records for your dogs monthly year-round heartworm preventatives, and vetting for cats. Phoenix Rising Border Collie Rescue adopts foster dogs to homes in NC, SC, and GA. The adoption fee is $300, and the final step in the application for adoption process is a home visit.<br/><br/>Adopters agree to follow positive training methods and to NOT use pinch, spray, prong, shock, choke, chain, electronic, or adverse training method collars, including invisible fence collars.
