Jack's Story
Meet Jack. He’s a handsome boy with a whole lot of love to give. Around 4 years old and weighing about 60 pounds, Jack is stepping into a fresh start. Jack’s past hasn’t been the easiest, but that’s behind him now. What matters most is the happy, resilient dog he is today.

Jack is an easy-going, active companion who loves being part of the action. Whether it’s car rides, outdoor adventures, or just hanging out with his people, he’s happiest when he’s included. He’s great with kids, friendly and confident with new people, and absolutely loves other dogs. In fact, he currently lives with much larger dog friends and gets along wonderfully with them.

He’s crate trained and does well when left alone, using his kennel as a safe, cozy space. Jack enjoys a fenced yard where he can stretch his legs and burn off energy, and he walks nicely on leash for outings. He’s also not a resource guarder — in fact, he’s so easygoing he’ll let other dogs take his food if given the chance.

Like many dogs, Jack is still working on a few manners. He can test boundaries at times and will need patience and consistency as he continues learning. Jack is a good dog who’s ready for a stable routine, clear boundaries, and lots of love as he continues to grow into the best version of himself.
