Jack's Story

“Jack wants to be your cuddle buddy! His favorite thing to do is rest his head on your lap and be held! He will patiently let you dress him in sweaters, jackets, and bow ties! Jack also loves to run outside on a nice day and sunbathe for hours! He may have big ears but he has a bigger heart so give him yours and a forever loving home!”

Child and Pet Relief Fund [CPR Fund]'s Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adopting a dog, please visit our website, www.CPRfund.com to see our available animals and to fill out an online adoption application. Our fosters are located all over the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area. Don't let our mailing location stop you from meeting a potential pup! All dogs are up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, spay or neutered, dewormed, Heartworm tested if old enough, and microchipped. Adoption fees are as follows: Small Breeds: Puppies 1 year and under: $400 Youth/Adults 1- 6 years: $375 Seniors 7 years and up: $325 Medium and Large Breeds Puppies 1 year and under: $375 Youth/Adults 1- 4 years: $350 Seniors 5 years and up: $300 ***The adoptable dogs that are in the care of CPR Fund Rescue are pulled from kill shelter; they come to us with little or no information about their breed.  The best we can do is to make a guess as to each dog's breed or breed mix.  Sometimes it is quite clear, often it is not.  Petfinder.com allows us to list two different breeds per dog.
