Meet Jack! He is 3 year old, 15 lb., Malti-Poo (Maltese & Poodle X). Unfortunately he tested positive for heartworms. He was an owner surrender, which makes the situation even sadder. But he has completed the full heartworm treatment and is ready to go to his new forever home with a new fresh start at life & ON monthly heartworm prevention.<br/><br/>He has been groomed/shaved a few weeks ago, is microchipped, neutered, dewormed, flea treated, up to date on all of his vaccinations for the year and is on monthly heartworm prevention from here on out! Please send us a completed dog adoption application off of our website if you're interested in adopting him. (P.S. he needs a home without livestock.)
