Medium energy, happy to join you for daily walks, and absolutely thrilled to romp around the backyard with dog friends. She loves other dogs and would truly shine in a home with a confident canine buddy to show her the ropes and help build her confidence. 🐶 <br/><br/>Izzy can be shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes a cuddle bug of epic proportions. She gives the best hugs, the sweetest kisses, and wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She sleeps happily on her dog bed or snuggled up with her foster family, soaking in all the love she missed while living in a kennel for five long months. 🦴 She’s learning quickly what life in a home is all about. She’s mostly house trained, crate trained (though she doesn’t need one), and figuring out that not everything is a chew toy. On walks she’s enthusiastic and still working on her leash manners, and she’s gaining confidence with car rides every day. 🌸 <br/><br/>Izzy doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She’s wonderful with dogs, cats, kids, and adults. No resource guarding, no prey drive — just a gentle soul who wants to feel safe and loved. 🐾 <br/><br/>Her ideal home is a patient one, with people who understand that shy dogs blossom beautifully with time.
