Ivy's Story
**Meet Ivy!**

If you're looking for the perfect mix of sweet, silly, and snuggly, Ivy just might be your girl.

Ivy has never known life in a shelter. Her mom, Daisy, was surrendered while pregnant, and Ivy was born safely in her foster home alongside her nine siblings. From day one, she's been surrounded by love, giving her the best possible start to life.

Like any puppy, Ivy is full of curiosity. New places can make her a little cautious at first, but don't worry, she's quickly convinced that everything is okay... especially if treats are involved. Once she settles in, her goofy personality shines.

She loves to run, wrestle, play tug with a knotted sock, chomp on a good chew toy, and then completely crash in your lap for a nap. She's the kind of puppy who can spend an hour playing hard and then suddenly decide your arms are the perfect place to recharge.

Ivy already knows **sit** and **stay**, is crate trained, rides wonderfully in the car, and is making great progress with potty training. Like all puppies, she'll need continued consistency and patience as she grows.

She adores kids, enjoys playing with her foster family's resident dog, and would love an active family that includes her in everyday adventures, whether that's neighborhood walks, backyard zoomies, or family movie nights where she can sneak in a cuddle.

Ivy is still discovering the world, and every day she grows a little braver, a little smarter, and a little more confident. All she needs now is a family to keep cheering her on.

If you're ready for puppy kisses, endless laughs, and a best friend who will happily play one minute and snooze in your lap the next, Ivy is ready to grow up by your side.

**All puppies are required to be adopted to a home with an adult dog**
DOB: 3/03/26
Apply at rescueapittie.org
