You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ivan is young and still full of puppy joy, puppy energy and puppy shenanigans. He's also super cute. Ivan loves toys, being outside, the dog park and other dogs. He was frightened and withdrawn in the shelter and is still a little skittish with people, but is quickly learning that humans can be kind. He looks to both to his foster mom and her patient older dog for guidance. If they are calm, he's calmer too. But well...he's not completely calm, because, you know, PUPPY! Ivan finds the world totally entertaining. Cats, birds, lizards all are meant to be chased. But he's a cuddle bug sweetheart and loves affection when he finally slows down, and at bedtime he sleeps quietly in his crate. When foster mom is away from home he is crated, but he does have the company of other dogs. Ivan is doing pretty well with his housetraining; he's got part of it down but still putting it all together. He's improving on his leash walking skills as well. Ivan is heartworm negative and ready for a sleepover.
