What is Friends of Sochi Dogs’s adoption process?

Sochi Dogs Rescue works on a foster-to-adopt model. All of our adopters have a 1-week trial period to decide if the dog is the right match for you. Should you decide the adoption is not working out, you can notify us within the first week and we will coordinate a time to take the dog back into a foster home and issue a refund of the adoption fee minus $75.

Is Ivan good with kids?

Ivan is good with kids under the age of 5 and kids over the age of 5.

Is Ivan good with other animals?

Ivan is good with other dogs. It is not known if Ivan is good with cats.

When can I meet Ivan?

As soon as the adoption organization has a chance to review your information, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.

When can I adopt Ivan?

Time to adopt varies, but typically adoption organizations require an official application prior to adoption. If you’re a match, they’ll reach out with next steps and timing.
