She is a beautiful red colored Mini Poodle mix. Isla appears to be potty trained!<br/><br/>What we've learned about Isla in the short time we've had her is that she MUST be an only pet in the home. She is extremely loving and wants to be glued to her human at all times. She is extremely snuggly, and loves to curl up like a little scarf on her foster mom's neck.<br/><br/>We do not know how she is with children, but she has not exhibited any aggression toward humans. She has just made it clear that she needs to be the center of the universe by being the only pet in the home so she can get all the snuggles and love.<br/><br/>Do you have room for this little velcro dog? We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.<br/><br/>All our dogs have been treated with de-wormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 months or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. <br/><br/>We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts. <br/><br/>You can learn more about our rescue and process at www.new2urescue.org or find us on Facebook.
