Meet Ironhide! This curious cutie pie is searching for his new home!<br/><br/>Ironhide was rescued from a house with way too many dogs. He was very scared and shut down for a while. Luckily we have earned his trust and he now shows off his adorable personality. <br/><br/>Ironhide is a puppy, just under a year, so he’ll have lots to learn when he comes home with you. He is learning to be brave on a leash and will need someone gentle with lots of patience. Like most puppies, he is not house broken. He may also chew on things that he shouldn’t. But he will a patient family should have no problem teaching him everything he needs to learn. <br/><br/>Ironhide can be very snuggly and likes to give kisses. He LOVES other dogs. He may really enjoy having a playful dog in his next home. <br/><br/>We strongly recommend that you use positive reinforcement treat or toy based training to help him learn how to be your best dog. Using training methods that rely on pain, fear, and discomfort can cause stress and fear in a dog, especially one from a rough background.
