INDY

Meet INDY, a sweet and playful medium sized mixed breed. She was originally rescued by Fort Hall ROAR along with her five young pups. INDY was very underweight and had sustained an injury to her back left leg after being struck by a vehicle. Because INDY didn’t receive medical care after being struck her leg healed wrong and she now has what our vet calls a ‘functional limp.’ It does not seem to bother her and she is very active, but she will always have a limp. Now that INDY is healthy and her pups are weaned, it is time to find her a home that will pamper her and give her the life she never knew as a stray. INDY is good with other dogs and has done well with children the couple of times we have had her around them. She does like to chase, including vehicles, bicycles, and cats, so will require a securely fenced yard to ensure her safety.
