Meet Indie, a 3-year-old aussie mix with the cutest ears and smile. Indie enjoys playing with toys and getting yummy treats. She also loves fetch! Indie loves to go on walks with the volunteers and enjoys running in the yard, as well. When we sit down with she just wants to climb into our lap and give kisses while she gets pets!<br/><br/>In September of 2023, Indie had surgery to correct an issue with a luxating patella and is fully healed and doing great! She's back to running around and playing like before. She is about 40lbs now and can likely stand to lose some of the weight she had gained while on cage rest.<br/><br/>Indie is a herding breed, so as always, we strongly encourage anyone interested in her to research these types of dogs. Indie hasn't shown herself to be a big fan of other dogs during her time with us, so she will need to be an only pet! She promises to provide lots of love and laughter to her forever family!<br/><br/>Indie's adoption fee has been fully sponsored by a generous donor!
