Iggy

Meet Iggy — a tiny sweetheart with a June ride to Edmonton and a big wish for a forever home! She’s a 3-month-old Chihuahua cross, and since her mum is just 14 lbs full grown, Iggy is expected to stay on the small side. Her mum was found scavenging for food near our Puerto Vallarta sister sanctuary, and when volunteers realized she had puppies nearby, they searched and found a very young litter with mum doing her best to keep them safe. Luckily, the family was brought into shelter, where the pups have been raised around both cats and dogs. Iggy is the shy little one of the bunch, and we think she would benefit from a home with another dog to show her the ways of the big new world.
