Iggy's Story

From the streets of Puerto Rico, we'd like to introduce you to Iggy! Iggy is the sweetest little gentleman! He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids, and loves seeing other people. His favorite thing is to be outside to play and run around. He is crate trained, but also loves to cuddle and will snuggle with you as much as you want. Iggy is hard at work learning to walk on a leash.

Iggy is food-motivated and smart, so we have no worries about how easy he will be to train.

Iggy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and just waiting for his family to find him!

Usually, satos (homeless dogs from Puerto Rico) are a mix of many breeds, some chihuahua, some pit, you name it! They are always loving and grateful.
We do not know what breed Iggy is, possibly a lab mix, but your guess is as good as ours! Whatever he is, it's a handsome mix. We anticipate he will grow into a middle-sized adult, possibly around 30-40lb, but of course, they do sometimes surprise us!

If you are interested in adopting this pup, please fill out the application here:
https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/BSCO/Dog
----------------------------------------------

We ask for a $400 donation as the adoption fee, to help cover the costs of medical services and transport.
