ARRIVING AUGUST 2ND <br/><br/>Introducing the coolest pup youll meet, Hutch!<br/><br/>Hutch is a cattle dog mix who's just under a year old. He currently weighs 48.5 pounds and had a rough start in life, found abandoned with his little buddy Starsky. They had to scavenge for food, eating anything they could find. But this did not dampen his spirit as when he found he was so happy and thankful and can always be found with a smile now. He is playful pup and adores being outside playing in the water or with doggie friends running and wrestling. He still hasnt found interest in toys but will enjoy a benebone chew toy. He has been good natured and hasnt meet anyone or any other animal he doesnt like yet. He hasn't been formally introduced to cats but did well and was curious about them on his brief meeting. He loves attention and belly rubs and will nap beside you after a good play session. He gets excited to greet everyone and is learning to keep 4 on the floor. He walks great on a leash and enjoys a good car ride. He is learning crate training but would rather be outdoors. He goes potty outside and is still learning what being in a home is, so would do best on a schedule in a new home. He is a quiet guy and rarely barks. He is treat motivated and loves his food. He is looking for an active family to love him and keep him safe! <br/><br/>If you would like to be considered as a potential adopter for one of our great dogs, please go to our website- (SEE PINNED POST) and submit an application. Our application process includes landlord approval and vet checks. Please make sure all of your information is current and accurate, including a valid email address and phone numbers. Inaccuracies and/or incomplete data will delay and/or cancel your application. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner, but with the high volume of applications we are receiving, it is taking anywhere from 1-3 weeks. You may be contacted via email if there are concerns or questions. Once all of your information is reviewed and if your application is approved, you will be notified via email. Submitting an application and receiving an approval does not guarantee you will be adopting the dog you applied for. Once you move to the meet and greet process, you will be contacted by the foster family to further discuss the dog, and answer questions you may have, and if applicable, a meet and greet will be set up at our adoption center. Meet and greets are only set up with approved applicants, and we require all members in the household to be present, as well as any current dogs in the home. Meet and greets take place at our adoption center located in New Berlin. If you are proceeding with adopting a Lucky Mutt, we will require the dog to have a Martingale collar at the time of adoption, to ensure the dogs safety during the transition to a new home. <br/><br/>Current Adoption Fees Are:<br/>$425+tax for puppies to 3 years old<br/>$375+tax for ages 4-7<br/>$275+tax for ages 8 and up<br/>Bonded pairs vary<br/><br/>The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, up to date age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, general deworming, heartworm test, (if over 6 months) and a certified veterinary inspection. Please be aware, listed dog breeds are based on information provided and cannot be guaranteed. Submitting an application for a particular dog does not guarantee that you will be the applicant chosen, we receive several applications for each dog. Our adopters are picked based on the needs of the dog, and the home we feel with best fit based on your responses to our application, vet information and landlord requirements.
