What is Junction City Animal Shelter’s adoption process?

The Junction City Animal Shelter uses an application process to adopt out pets from the shelter to make every attempt possible to ensure that the pet you take from our shelter is going to fit into your home.  We do meet and greets with your current pets and vet references, so please be prepared to complete our adoption application.  If you are not able to adopt a pet at the present time but would like to help our cause, please consider signing on as a foster to get some of our pets out of the shelter environment and into a home while they await their forever home. Our shelter is located at 2424 N. Jackson Street Junction City, KS 66441. We are open Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Friday 1-6P.M. and Sat-Sun 1-6 P.M- CLOSED WEDNESDAYS Our telephone number is (785) 238-1359.
