Hudson in LA - Loves Back Scratches!'s Story

This goofy boy is Hudson, and he is very curious about this furever family thing that people keep talking about. This big boy has an inquisitive nature, and he is always eager to investigate things that "appear" in his environment. A stick that fell off the tree overnight? - Must investigate! A box that appeared on the porch? - Must sniff thoroughly before being allowed into the house. Hudson is a good boy, and he is dedicating time to learn about new cues in preparation to be the bestest boy for his furever people. He is house-trained and walks well on leash. When not out sniffing and exploring, Hudson loves to play with his toys! Hudson has a very loose definition of toys; in fact, anything can be a toy for him, so you may not even need to spend $$$ to buy special dog toys! Aside from toys, Hudson adores his people. He loves getting attention even more than he loves his toys! As long as you are willing to give him love and attention, he will love you unconditionally! This social guy is also good with dogs of any size, as his foster home has pups ranging from 12 - 100 pounds, and he’s chill as a cucumber even when some of them get bossy towards him. Hudson’s ideal home will also have a 4-foot fenced in yard for him to explore. We are pawsitive this boy with a big heart will thrive in a home where he will be loved and adored!

NYS Registered Rescue # RR102
NGPR dogs are in foster homes at the location specified on their full listing. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature (www.nationalpyr.org/know-the-breed) and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.

Secure VISIBLE fencing is required; invisible fencing WILL NOT contain this breed.
