Hudson

Hudson is a 5 year old, 40 pound, black tri color "mini" Aussie. Hudson has been loved and adored since he was a puppy but as his family has had multiple children his reactivity has became an issue when the children wouldn’t respect his space. He has connected with the toddler defensively but he has good bite inhibition and the toddler didn't require medical care.<br/><br/>Hudson is now looking for a family without young children and who can love and adore him for the rest of his life. Hudson is good on walks but will bark at other dogs if they bark at him. Hudson is good with cats and other calm dogs. He does not get along with dogs who don’t respect him when he doesn’t want to play. Hudson gets groomed regularly and does great with it. He also does fine with a pet sitter.<br/><br/>He is the most loyal pup and once he declares you as his person, you will have a best friend for life. It does take him a little while to warm up to new people and he will need patience but once he’s settled in he’s very snuggly and sweet.<br/>Hudson is being fostered by his owners in Rochester.<br/><br/>The details:<br/>Needs fence: Not, but hasn't been off leash much.<br/>Good with dogs: Yes, but best with a laid back personality<br/>Good with cats: yes<br/>Good with kids: Teens and older
