His happy-go-lucky personality makes him a joy to have around, and once he trusts you (little shy the first day), he'll want nothing more than to snuggle up close to his favorite people. <br/><br/>Huck loves other dogs (comes on strong at first meet) and has a blast playing with his canine friends. He can get a little enthusiastic during playtime, so he'd do best with dogs who enjoy an active playmate. He's also discovering the fun of toys and he has quickly become a fan of balls and everything that squeaks.<br/><br/> This sweet boy is learning to walk on a leash and is doing great. Right now, he's taking slower shorter walks while he continues to strengthen his left hind leg after an injury, but we think he'll absolutely love daily neighborhood adventures.<br/> <br/>Huck is looking for a family that will continue to help him build his confidence, shower him with love, and appreciate his playful spirit and affectionate heart. <br/><br/>Please keep in mind that a family pet takes work and dedication, as well as many years of commitment.
