Huck's Story

This guy had a rough start to life and his body shows it. But, never fear, he holds no grudges and Is a very happy boy with a never-ending smile. Huck is a 6-year-old Lab* mix weighing 83 pounds. He is playful but is also good at relaxing alongside you. He is gentle with toys and enjoys trying them all out. He is dog friendly. If you have another dog in the home, we require a meet and greet to be sure it is a good fit. We think Huck would do best with a fully fenced yard so he can run and play safely. We don’t know how he is with cats yet but will cat test him soon. You can meet Huck on Saturdays from 10-2 at Dogs Forever, 809 Rockford Rd SW in Cedar Rapids. Dogs Forever of Iowa's Adoption Policy

All dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, checked for heartworm and on heartworm preventative. Adoption fees vary by age.
