Huck is a happy boy looking for a family. *Please note: Huck is currently in a foster home and is available by appointment only. He is an active pup that loves to play and can’t wait for life outside of a cage. Huck is very people oriented, is always excited to say hello, and loves a good belly rub. <br/><br/>He gets along well with most dogs and enjoys having playmates, though like any young Lab, he’s still learning his manners. We don’t think he would do well with cats — he’s a bit too curious and energetic for feline friends. He is hoping for an active family to include him in their adventures and help him continue learning. He’s up to date on vaccinations and has been neutered.<br/><br/>ADOPTION INFORMATION<br/><br/>HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING: <br/>1. Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. <br/>2. We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord. <br/>3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets. <br/><br/>Helpful reminders:<br/>*We do not do same day adoptions.<br/>*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in. <br/>*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
