He may play a little shy at first, but give him a bit of time and you’ll unlock the sweetest, most loyal little sidekick. Once he warms up, he’s all love. <br/><br/>This clever guy has been doing great with pottying outside and may do a little marking when adjusting to a new place—but he’s making wonderful progress in his foster home. Bonus cuteness: he brings toys outside with him during potty breaks, because obviously potty time is also play time. <br/><br/>Howie loves other dogs and is happiest romping around with friends… sometimes a little too enthusiastically. He doesn’t always realize when playtime is over, so a meet-and-greet with any potential dog siblings will be important to make sure everyone vibes.<br/><br/>He’s a chatty little dude, full of adorable vocalizations and commentary.
