During overnight stays in a home, I proved to be a wonderful houseguest--fully housebroken, well-mannered, and content relaxing on a comfy dog bed or sleeping at the foot of your bed.<br/><br/>I walk beautifully on a leash, take treats gently, know how to sit and give my paw, and love chewies, TV time, and plenty of belly rubs. I enjoy outdoor adventures, but I'm just as happy spending a quiet evening by your side.<br/><br/>I'm deeply loyal to my family and can be uncomfortable around strangers, so I'll do best with an experienced adopter who understands guardian breeds and can provide a calm, structured home. For vet visits and other handling, I'll need a muzzle and sedative to help keep everyone safe and comfortable.<br/><br/>At nearly 100 pounds, I'd love a home with a fenced yard or space to roam. I'm happiest as the only pet, and I do enjoy digging, so a perfectly manicured lawn probably isn't for me. I also love water, but it's best if I skip playtime with the hose because I get a little too excited!<br/><br/>I know I'm not the right fit for everyone, but if you're looking for a loyal, loving companion with a big heart, I just might be your perfect match.All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.
