Howard's Story
Howard is a 3 year old Shih Tzu, he's a petite little guy weighing in at only 9 pounds. <br/><br/>Howard was found as a stray by the animal shelter so we don't know his background at all. He is a little head shy with men but he does warm up as he gets to trust you. He is in a new foster home and he adores her grandkids so older kids will be fine for him.<br/><br/>Howard does well with the foster moms dogs, he doesn't really pay attention to them much. He is working on potty training but doesn't like to go when he is on a leash.
