Almost 13 years old, Howard should be spending his days stretched out on a soft bed, soaking up love, belly rubs, and quiet moments with a family of his own. He is house trained, good on a leash, good with kids, and all this sweet senior boy truly wants is to be someone's baby. A couch to nap on. A person to follow around.
