Hope's Story
Senior Hearts Rescue and Renewal is the only licensed senior dog rescue organization in Western Pennsylvania. We do not have a shelter or a public facility. ALL of our dogs reside in foster homes in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area.<br/><br/>We are a 100% volunteer organization. Please respect our volunteers' time. If a dog is listed on PetFinder, he/she IS available for adoption. We cannot reply to messages, phone calls, and emails about a dog until we have received, reviewed, and approved an adoption application.<br/><br/>Our ADOPTION application is found at www.seniorhearts.org/how-to-adopt<br/><br/>Completing this application is the first step in our adoption screening process. She is an active, healthy dog.<br/><br/>Hope is friendly with every person she has ever met. She can be a little shy initially but by allowing her time and space, she settles right in. <br/><br/>Hope loves the great outdoors. She enjoys long walks, chasing critters, and exploring everything. Hope is a very active young senior dog.<br/><br/>Hope is a playful little lady and will chase you around the house. <br/><br/>Hope loves getting love. She is a super sweet little dog. She would be quite content sharing the couch with you for movies after going on a long hike in the woods. <br/><br/>Hope likes other dogs. Hope can live with older respectful children.<br/><br/>Hope is in good health. She recently got spayed and had a dental surgery. She is up to date on vaccinations and current on flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. <br/><br/>Hope is impeccably house trained and also pen trained. She is quiet when left alone. <br/><br/>If you are looking for a healthy, active, loving, fun little dog, Hope is your girl. <br/><br/>Hope can be adopted into a home within a two-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA.
