Hope's Story

Momma Hope was found as a stray and taken to the shelter where she gave birth to 8 puppies. Two were stillborn and two days later, two more passed away.

We pulled Hope and her 4 puppies into our rescue and brought her into a foster home to care and feed everyone. In spite of round the clock care, we lost a 3rd puppy.

Momma Hope raised her 3 surviving puppies and now everyone is thriving. Hope has been spayed and vaccinated and microchipped.

She a velco dog. Her ideal home is one with another dog or with a human who loves a lap dog. She is shy at first but once she trusts you, she is devoted and will claim you as her own. She is a Chiweenie approximately 1.5 years old.
