Honor's Story
A Brave Little Soul Named HONOR

Sometimes, a name says it all. Honor is a 1-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who has spent her short life overcoming the unimaginable. Released from an Amish Mill, Honor arrived at our doors trembling so violently we initially thought she was paralyzed by fear.

After a thorough veterinary evaluation, we discovered her "shakes" were actually neurological—likely the result of severe developmental neglect or past trauma. But Honor is a fighter.

The Road to Recovery
Since starting her medication, Honor has made miraculous strides. She has gone from constant trembling to finding her footing—literally! She is learning how to walk, how to play, and most importantly, how to simply be a "real dog."

Personality: Despite her rough start, she is incredibly resilient. She loves people and finds comfort in the company of other dogs.

Cat Friendly: She is perfectly fine sharing her space with feline friends.
Vetting: Her adoption fee covers her spay, all vaccinations, heartworm testing, and the extensive medical evaluations she has received to get her on the right track.

The Perfect Home
Honor needs a family that understands she is a "work in progress." She isn't looking for a marathon partner; she’s looking for a patient soul who will celebrate every new step she takes. If you have room in your heart for a dog who truly knows the value of a second chance, Honor is waiting for you.

Adoption Fee: $400 (Includes all vetting and future spay)

Apply Today: https://form.jotform.com/fultonohiohumane/adoption-application
