Honor's Story

Honor
Female DOB: 5/29/26

Meet Honor, one of Missy's adorable Patriot puppies!

Honor is growing like a weed and is expected to be a large dog when fully grown. Missy, the puppies' mama, is believed to be a German Shepherd, though her breed has not been DNA confirmed. Dad is unknown. These puppies are already showing signs of being big dogs, and we expect them to grow into substantial adult companions. Thanks to a generous donor, one puppy from the litter will receive a DNA test, giving us a better idea of the breeds represented in this patriotic bunch.

Honor is currently spending her days eating, sleeping, growing, and perfecting her puppy snuggle skills. As she grows, she'll learn all the important puppy things like crate training, potty training, and how to convince you that she absolutely needs just one more treat.

Honor will be adoption ready in July. Puppies will go home with age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchip, and veterinary care completed through our program. Rubies and Rogues's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process focuses on the specific needs of the animal. We require committed adopters as a majority of our animals have medical needs. Adopters must be open to a home check. Out of state adopters are welcomed; however adopters must be willing to conduct video calls to complete home checks. This is to ensure that the information provided in the placement application aligns with the actual home setting. Depending on the animal and their needs multiple meet and greets may be required.
