Honey's Story

Honey and her siblings were rescued from an overcrowded SW Virginia animal control to make room so they did not have to euthanize for space. There were 4 in total that were surrendered. We were told they are beagle/chihuahua & pit bull mixes. But we have not had a DNA test done. They are definitely on the smaller side! <br/>These babies are sweet, snuggly, follow you everywhere velcro pups who LOVE other dogs and playing! When they are not playing they prefer to be right there with you. They are sleeping quietly in their crates at night and working hard on potty training. They are good with dogs, cats and kids. <br/>The adoption fee is $375 and includes age appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip & spay or neuter. The adoption process can take anywhere from one to several weeks. Please be patient as we volunteer our time & with the large number of animals in need we may not be able to respond the same day. We do our best to respond to all emails in a timely manner!  Once we have your completed application, our adoption coordinator will schedule a phone interview with you. Next we will speak with the references you listed & your current veterinarian to verify all animals in the home are up to date on vaccinations & preventatives. **RENTERS** PLEASE verify with your landlord or management company you are allowed to have a dog AND that there are NO BREED RESTR
