Honey's Story

?Adopt Honey ? - in Oceanside, CA

Looking for something sweet in your life? Meet Honey, a 2-year-old French Bulldog girl who brings 21 pounds of sugar, snuggles, and charm into every room she waddles into!

Honey came into our care with a severe case of cauliflower ear due to an untreated infection. She’s since undergone laser surgery to remove the growth and open her ear, and while she’s healing beautifully, she does have a slight head tilt that only adds to her quirky charm. Her vet has assured us it’s nothing to worry about—just another reason to fall in love with her! While in foster care, Honey also had her spay surgery, and she’s recovering like a champ.

Honey’s ideal day includes cozy naps, short strolls, and lots of time curled up next to her favorite humans. She’s affectionate, patient, and thrives in calm environments. She’s potty trained and content lounging around and being near her people.

Like many Frenchies, Honey has some skin allergies that are manageable with proper care with Cytopoint injections. Honey loves treats, but she's not a fan of sharing them. She has shown some resource guarding behavior around food and treats, so she’ll need supervision at mealtimes and guidance to feel safe and secure. Feeding her separately from other pets is a must. Honey would do best in a loving home that offers patience, consistency, and lots of snuggles.

Ready to adopt? Read her full bio and apply here: www.frenchiesunitedrescue.com
