Honey's Story

Meet Honey: A Little Husky With a Big Future

Thirty pounds of Husky puppy, with plenty more growing to do!

Hi, friends! My name is Honey, and I'm a beautiful white and tan Husky puppy. I'm only 4 months old, but I'm already weighing in at 30 pounds—and I'm not done growing yet!

My story started out a little unexpectedly. I ended up at the pound as a stray, so nobody knows much about my life before Heartland. But I'm not going to let a mysterious past keep me from having an amazing future!

What we do know is that I'm a friendly, happy, playful, social girl who loves people. I'm always ready for some fun, attention, and puppy adventures. As for other dogs, cats, and kiddos, I've never had the chance to tell anyone what I think of them, so we'll need to take introductions slowly and see how we feel about each other.

I'm still a puppy, which means I'm also still learning all about this thing called "house training." I'm working on it, and with a patient, understanding family cheering me on, I know I'll get the hang of it.

And guess what? I'm already working on becoming the best version of myself! I'm currently at the SPOT Training Program in Springfield, where I'm learning my manners and commands. Who knows? Maybe I'll come home knowing a few impressive tricks to show off!

I'm looking for a family who will continue helping me learn, take me on adventures, and most importantly, love me for all the wonderful things I am—and all the things I'm still becoming.

If you're looking for a sweet, playful Husky girl who is ready to grow up alongside you, I think we could be a pretty great match.

Give Heartland a call to set up a meet and greet. I can't wait to show you just how sweet life with Honey can be!
