Homer came to us as a stray with his friend Marge, so we don't know much about his past -- but one thing's for sure, he's ready for a loving new beginning<br/>.<br/>At first, Homer may be a little reserved while he checks out new people and surroundings, but once he warms up, his sweet, playful side shines through. He's a smart boy who appears to be housetrained and doesn't seem to be a big barker -- always a nice bonus!<br/><br/>Homer recently had surgery to correct entropion, a condition that caused his eyelids to roll inward and irritate his eyes. He's healing beautifully and feeling so much more comfortable now -- ready to see the world clearly and enjoy life to the fullest!<br/><br/>He would do best in a home where he can continue to build confidence and get plenty of love, playtime, and guidance. If you have other dogs, a meet and greet is required to make sure everyone gets along.
