Holmes's Story

Thanks for looking at me, My Name is Holmes! He is 4 months old.

Holmes is a smart boy who needs an experienced hand. Holmes has lots of very nice qualities and learns quickly but he when he gets over excited it can turn aggressive. We are working with him while he is in our care, but he will need an experienced adopter with no kids or cats or small dogs. His excitement can happen anytime but seems to be at it worse when you try to make him stop doing something he wants to do and during play (NO rough play with this guy, sorry fellas) He will show his excitement/frustration by jumping up repeatedly and biting onto you.
He knows the command sit, down, puppy comes and we are starting on place training. He is crate trained and is working on his housebreaking.
He has moderate to high energy.
