One of his sweetest quirks is how he brings toys to his handler to show them off-sometimes collecting them one by one as if building his own little treasure pile. He's toy-motivated, knows "sit," and is just as happy to entertain himself as he is to play with you. Inside the home, he's incredibly respectful-he sticks to appropriate toys, settles down nicely with a bone, and has shown great manners.<br/><br/>Hogan has done well with children, but would likely do best with children 8+ years old as he sometimes jumps up or chases them if they're running. <br/><br/>Affectionate, dog-friendly, and wonderfully well-rounded, Hogan strikes the perfect balance between playful energy and easygoing companionship.
