Hitachi's Story

I'm very scared of them. Loud movements, reaching hands, and unfamiliar men make me want to hide. She said I'm very “skittish” but If my trusted human lady is nearby, I can be brave enough to accept a few pets—but earning my trust takes time (from men)

Not days.

Not weeks.

Think months.

I'm not looking for someone to “fix” me. I'm looking for someone understanding and patient enough to let me discover that not all humans are scary.

Health Update

I'm currently being treated for Lyme disease, and the medicine is helping! I'm already feeling better and have more energy. Long hikes aren't really my thing right now because my joints can get sore, but I'd be thrilled with a nice walk followed by a nap on the couch.

I may also have separation anxiety but don't worry ladies! I'm on Prozac . A man who can admit when he needs help!

Swipe Right If...

You believe love isn't measured by how quickly it's given—it's measured by how deeply it's earned.

If you're a woman looking for the most loyal companion you've ever had, and you have the patience to let me bloom at my own pace, I promise it'll be worth the wait.

P.S. If I follow you into the bathroom, just know it's because you're my favorite person—not because I have trust issues... okay, maybe it's both.
