Meet Hina Lani <br/><br/>At just 9 months old and 31 lbs, Hina is a sweet, affectionate young dog who is already showing what a wonderful family companion she'll be. She loves nothing more than climbing into your lap for snuggles-but don't let that fool you, she's still very much a puppy with playful energy and joyful zoomies.<br/><br/>Hina loves squeaky toys, little balls, and a good game of fetch. She's also been fantastic with other dogs-she currently lives with a medium-sized dog and enjoys tug-of-war, sharing toys, and gentle wrestling play.<br/><br/>She has been respectful and gentle with cats, showing curiosity but no rough behavior. Chickens are still a bit of an unknown, though she has passed by them calmly at a distance.<br/><br/>Hina is great with kids and is currently living with children ages 6, 9, 13, and 16 who absolutely adore her. She is still learning not to mouth or nibble, and her family is working with her on this. She's a smart girl who already knows "sit" and has quickly picked up "down" and "leave it," especially with treats involved-she is very food motivated.<br/><br/>At night, Hina has settled nicely into sleeping on the lanai, where she relaxes comfortably on her bed. She seems to prefer this over sleeping in her crate.
