Highway's Story

Hello from Texas! My name is Highway, and I am a very handsome Lab/Mountain Cur mix with a soft coat and fringed tail. I am about 1-1/2 years old, weigh 56 lbs, and I was left behind with a little spaniel mix when our owners moved away without us. Next thing we knew… our picture was all over Facebook, and thankfully, 4 Little Paws Rescue took us in. I am currently staying in a foster home while getting ready for adoption. I’m neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, happy, healthy, and ready for a brand new future as someone's forever dog!

My foster mom wants you to know that I am a wonderful medium-energy dog. Very well-behaved, not a destroyer, not a barker, I am already housebroken, and I know how to use a doggy door. I am affectionate, share kisses, enjoy tummy rubs, and am great with humans, kids, strangers, and other dogs. I love playtime, dog toys, chew bones, carrots, walks, hikes, roadtrips, and just chilling out beside you while we relax. I am a great combination of chill energy and playful spirit, sweetness and ruggedness, all wrapped up in one handsome package! East Coast people, inquire about me today!
Adoption Fee: $400

LOOKING FOR AN APPLICATION? Click on the "More About 4 Little Paws" link.

* 4 Little Paws is based in CT.
