Higgins is currently in foster with dogs of all sizes and does great. He also is house- and crat- trained in his foster home! He loves playing with toys and being held like a baby.He was brought to MPR from a situation where 3 mom dogs made 23 puppies. MPR got 13 of the puppies, and the mama dogs are spayed and won't be having more! His siblings are Gogo, Salty, Schuster, Tobin, Miaa, Remy, Fritter, Folki, Finita, Ferdinand, and Franklin. Higgins is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, started on monthly flea and heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $300.
