Hercules's Story

Hercules is an incredibly sweet boy (approx 5-7 yrs old) who just wants to be near his people (everyone quickly becomes one of his people). He is reported to have lived with children and has done well with all of the dogs in his foster mom’s building. He hasn’t been tested with cats.

Hercules is a slim 50lbs and very low shed. At his age still an athlete even & still has young pup energy. Hercules would love to have a canine companion to keep him company when his humans aren’t at home…he doesn’t love being left home alone. He is making progress with his leash skills and acclimating to alone time. He has enjoyed nature hikes and all snacks offered to him (he loves pumpkin, chicken, cheese, raw veggies, peanut butter). He knows “paw”, “leave it” and “off”. He’s doing great learning to wait before entering/exiting a threshold. This boy will make a family complete with all of the love he has to give ?

Hercules was surrendered due to his owner having medical issues &. deserves a safe and loving home where he can show off his best self ( and his adorable belly)!

***Please contact our rescue executive Linda at cell# +1 (516) 695-0425 if interested in adopting this sweetheart!

Our adoption application is at this link: https://rsvpinc.org/adoption-form-online/
