Henry's Story

Henry is a male Schnauzer Mix who is looking for a new home. He is around 6-7 months old. He came to the shelter after his owner had to move. He is working on his house-traing/leash training skills while he waits for a new home. His previous owner said he was around children and did well with them. Here at the shelter he has been with several other dogs and did great with them, however we do not know how he is with cats. Henry is the type of dog who will benefit from regular grooming appointments. If you're interested in meeting her/him please call (419) 294-4477 Ext. 3 from 9AM-5PM to schedule an appointment.

WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process

Step 1— Visit our shelter! This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)
