Meet Henry 🤍<br/><br/>Henry is a 2–4 year old Chihuahua mix with the sweetest little face and an even sweeter heart. When he was first rescued from a hoarding situation, the world was a very scary place for him. Like many dogs who come from difficult environments, Henry arrived timid, unsure, and overwhelmed.<br/><br/>But with patience, safety, and lots of love, Henry has absolutely blossomed.<br/><br/>Day by day, he has learned what it means to be cared for, and now he’s become such a loving, affectionate little boy. Once he trusts you, Henry is incredibly loyal and happiest curled up beside his person soaking in attention and comfort. He loves gentle affection, cozy spots to nap, and being close to the people he feels safe with.<br/><br/>Henry still has a little anxiety at times, so he would do best in a calm, understanding home that will continue helping him build confidence at his own pace. He doesn’t need perfection — just kindness, patience, and someone willing to show him that he’ll never have to be afraid again.<br/><br/>Watching Henry come out of his shell has been incredibly special, and we know the right person is going to absolutely fall in love with this tiny, tender-hearted boy. 🐾
