Meet Heidi!<br/>Heidi came into the shelter on August 12th as a surrender.<br/>Heidi is a little apprehensive about meeting new people, but she always tries her best to greet everyone with a small smile and a wag of her tail. She has not been introduced to a new play group yet but doesn't seem to mind other dogs too much. <br/>She walks pretty well on a leash but needs a bit of training when it comes to pulling. Sometimes she just can't help how excited she gets!<br/>Heidi always has a spotless kennel and is so good about waiting her turn to go in the yard. She doesn't know too many tricks (except for the ability to steal your heart!), but she is always willing to please and seems trainable. She loves wet chicken and rice dog food along with Milk-Bone treats, Pupperoni, and Beggin Strips! <br/>Our staff says that when Heidi adjusts to you, she is always so happy to see you. Sometimes she wags her tail so hard she looks like she's about to fly away! She is also super snuggly and will curl up in your lap like a kitten.
