I am just beside myself, happy, that I am in a foster home now! You see, my sister, Bristol(who is also up for adoption)and me were living in not so nice conditions in a fenced pen outside in the elements, along with a number of other dogs. The local Animal Control stepped in, and here we are! I am an adorable, 6 pound, 1 year old Papillon Chihuahua girl, vaccinated and heartworm negative! I was in not so good shape health wise when I first got to my Mom, as I was so flea bitten, I was dangerously anemic and emaciated. I have put weight on, and have had my blood work again, to which the Vet has cleared me to be all good now, so my spay and chip are in process of being scheduled. Now that I feel so much better, my personality is shining thru. Due to the limited human contact I had, I am timid, but once I am comfortable with you, I am learning to trust! Mom took me to get a good bath and groomed, so I am so pretty for our meeting! Now, I am good with other dogs, but Mom does not have cats here, so I can't say what my behavior would be for them. I will need a home with no children due to my timidness, and a fenced yard would be beneficial for me, as I can not be off leash. I do need to brush up on my house, crate and leash skills, as living outside, no one taught me.
