Whether it’s lounging by your side or happily greeting you at the door, this pup is all about human connection and love.<br/><br/>Heidi would do best as the only pet in the home, as she’s not comfortable around other dogs. We’re not sure how she feel about cats, so a cat-free home (or a very slow, experienced introduction) would be ideal.<br/><br/>Because of her past, Heidi is still learning how to navigate the world and will need continued training and guidance. She’s looking for a patient, understanding adopter who can help her build confidence and thrive. The effort you put in will be rewarded with an incredibly devoted best friend.<br/><br/>A home with a large, securely fenced yard would be perfect for her to stretch her legs and enjoy the outdoors safely. Rescued Rascals's Adoption Policy
We have our adoption application on our website www.rescuedrascalsil.org . Once you submit an application we review it and then contact you. We then will set up a phone interview. If all is good with a meet and greet with your whole family and your phone interview, you will be able to adopt. Our adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccinations, updated on flea/tick and heartworm preventative, micro-chipping, and a free vet visit from our participating veterinarian.
