Thank you for checking out our Petfinder pages!!  We hope Petfinder helps you to find your forever friend. We at ePITome Dog Rescue are dedicated to placing our dogs in great homes.  You can email us at epitomerescue@gmail.com for an application.  All potential adopters must provide personal references, a vet reference, and be open to a home visit. Adoption fees vary depending on the dog with the maximum adoption fee being $275.  All ePITome dogs are vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and have been wormed before the adoption is finalized.  We do a form of temperament testing on all ePITome dogs.  All our dogs are socialized with people and with other animals while in a foster home.  They are also fed a good quality diet while in our care.  We are willing to adopt out of state.  However, we may need your assistance with transportation.  If you have any questions, please call 309-331-4456 (this is a perso
